For too long Morton has been criticised for missing out on local talent and I am prepared to put my own time, money and expertise into reversing this trend by revamping youth development at Morton. I have recently met with the management team and coaches and I am delighted that they are in full agreement with our vision for the future. Immediate changes will see better organisation, discipline and involvement of the boys. The youth players need to feel part of Greenock Morton and should be proud, as I am, to be part of a professional Club."
